This painting was inspired by an idea I had to paint imaginary cabins into landscapes that exist. The location for this cabin is upriver about 8 km from Englishman River Falls. I love the idea of a cabin that sits beside a waterfall with big glass windows so you can sit and enjoy the beautiful view in comfort.
