Mark your calendars! The 36th annual Art Gallery Paint-In returns to Victoria on Saturday, July 19, 2025. Sarah Boileau is returning for the 3rd year to this outdoor event located on Moss Street in beautiful Victoria, BC.

 

One of the largest art festivals of its kind in Canada, this event features artists, activities, music, food and fun.  This beloved festival draws 50,000 visitors annually to explore art along Moss Street and brings Vancouver Island artists together in celebration of art!

​Welcome to our 27th Annual Arts on the Avenue Festival on August 24th, 2025 with our Arts on the Avenue Market. It will be bigger and better this year!.
 
This art market is an art collector's dream.  Wander the street and see what artists have brought this year. From original paintings, jewelry, fabric art, carving, Indigenous-made art and more, you will not be disappointed.  The air is filled with music, the streets are lined with art and there is a kids' art space where young artists create their own one-of-a-kind work to take home!

Sarah Boileau has her artwork juried into the Sooke Fine Arts Show for the 5th time. Her large oil painting "Gleaming" of a sunset over French Beach will be available for purchase though the show.

 

If you are interested in buying a painting it is recommended to attend the Purchaser's Preview Night the evening before the show opens to the public to avoid the disappointment of finding out the art has already sold. Last year Sarah's award winning piece "Transcendence at the Beach" sold in the first hour of the show.

This is the second year that this group has exhibited at the Ladysmith Gallery. For the Love of art, for the joy of it! is a collection of amazing established and emerging Central Island artists.

 

Many styles and mediums of artwork will be represented at this 10 day art show. Sarah Boileau will have 6-8 paintings in the show and will be painting at the gallery on Saturday August 30th.

Sarah Boileau will be having her second solo exhibition at the McMillan Arts Centre in Parksville, BC. 

​

The exhibition will be held in the Concert Gallery (the largest of the gallery spaces) and will showcase many new oil paintings inspired by Vancouver Island.

Sarah Boileau is a resident artist at The Old School House Arts Centre in Qualicum Beach. Her artwork can be found  downstairs in Studio 3. Come by the Studio and meet Sarah on Tuesdays and Thursdays and see what is on her easel.
